What is Polaris Arabia?
Polaris Arabia is a web workspace for startup founders. It brings together valuation models, financial projections, equity and dilution planning, investor relationship management, private data rooms and AI-assisted analysis. Founders can prepare information in one place and revisit their assumptions as their business develops.
How does valuation work?
The valuation engine calculates estimates from the figures and assumptions you enter. Methods include discounted cash flow, scorecard, Berkus, venture capital, comparable-multiple, risk-factor and First Chicago approaches. A model result is a planning estimate, not an independent appraisal or a promise of what an investor will pay. AI explains the calculated outputs and highlights missing evidence.
Can I use it outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Polaris is available to founders across countries, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. During the free launch there are no subscription charges and no payment card is required.
How is AI used?
Private document analysis is kept separate from public web research. Document analysis works with selected excerpts from supported uploaded files and identifies which files were used. Public research requires confirmation that the submitted details are public. Read source links, check numerical claims and review any missing-evidence or OCR notices before relying on a result.
Free and Pro packages
Polaris is free during the public launch, including the founder workspace and AI assistance with 5 credits per calendar month. Standard actions cost 1 credit, research costs 2, and document analysis or large text requests cost 3. Credits reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC without rollover. Pro is US$19.99 per 30-day billing period with 100 monthly AI credits, converted to local currency. When Pro becomes available, eligible new subscribers will receive a free first month with a card required at signup. Pro subscriptions are not available yet. No card is required for a free account. Upgrading will require your approval; creating a free account does not authorize future charges.
